It Wasn't Always Easy...

Are you frustrated with the transactional nature of real estate?

Are you exhausted from the constant grind of going from house to house waiting for the next commission?

Or maybe you're flipping houses and frustrated with the competition and low margin flips.

Maybe you have a good job but feel like you're limited by a glass ceiling. Inside, you know there's something more.

I was that person when I started out. I was a microbiologist for the city of New York but deep down inside I knew I wanted more. I quit my great job, and decided to go into real estate because it was clear to me that lots of money could be made.

With one weekend seminar under my belt, I got a real estate license and I purchased my very first investment property, a six-family vacant building in need of a complete renovation.

I thought it was going to be simple with limited knowledge and no mentor to guide me. I quickly got so frustrated I didn't know what to do, so I spent all my evenings, and weekends teaching myself real estate while renovating and renting out many properties.

Do you know why going that route does not work?

It is slow and it lacks direction. It is very hard to scale up and you are always on edge waiting for the next property.

You never have time for your family, hobbies or a vacation because you are always working for the next deal.

Without a proven road map, the mistakes can be financial suicide. At best it is a job without a steady paycheck.

I personally lived that life. In the beginning money was so tight I was forced to eat peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon for breakfast, lunch and dinner, had to get my protein. Eventually I was forced to go back to a job.

Then I discovered multifamily real estate.

After all the grinding and hard times, I developed a six-step process for buying multifamily real estate.

I call it the “Multifamily Graduate Program '' which took me from a hustling agent / landlord running all over town to collect rent to the guy who owns tens of millions of dollars of multifamily real estate.

A guy who does not know a single tenant because the property managers handle the day-to-day, giving me the money and freedom to travel the world. As of this writing, I have vacationed in 39 countries and counting.
